How to forward calls on Vodafone
To forward the calls you can't answer on Vodafone, dial **67*NUMBER# for busy, **61*NUMBER# for no answer and **62*NUMBER# for unreachable. Put the number you forward to where it says NUMBER. To turn them off, dial ##004#.

Replace NUMBER with the number you're forwarding to, then press call after each code.

- Use a standard Australian mobile or landline number.
- Vodafone prepaid can only forward to voicemail or Call Catcher, not to another number.
- To check whether one is on, dial *# then its number and #, for example *#61#.
- Vodafone says the best way to manage forwarding is through My Vodafone.
Away overseas and want every call forwarded? Dial **21*NUMBER#, and #21# to stop.
Check it worked
- After each code, look for a message on screen such as "Service was activated". The wording depends on your phone.
- Ring your mobile from another phone and let it ring out. It should go to the number you set.
- Put your phone in flight mode and ring it again. It should go straight to the number you set.
