Which calls should I forward?
Forward calls when you're busy, don't answer or can't be reached. Don't forward all calls, or the calls you'd pick up go somewhere else too.
What's the difference between forward all and forward when busy?
Forward all sends every call on without ringing your phone. Forward when busy, no answer or unreachable only sends the calls you can't take, so your phone still rings first.
Can I forward calls on prepaid?
It depends on the carrier. Vodafone prepaid can only forward to voicemail or Call Catcher, and One NZ says call divert isn't available on Prepay. Each guide below says what that carrier's own page says.
