Parts of my run have no mobile coverage. Does that break the booking?
No. Call forwarding happens in the phone network, not on your handset, so the enquiry still gets captured even while your phone has no bars on the highway.
Do you only cover the towns listed on this page?
No. Tradies Line works anywhere in Australia, so the whole South Coast too, not just the towns named here.

Do I need a new phone number?

Does the customer know it's an AI?
If a caller asks whether they're talking to a person, your AI tells them straight away that it's the AI receptionist for your business. In messages, Wombo says he's your AI assistant if asked.
