How to forward calls on Spark
To forward the calls you can't answer on Spark, dial *67*NUMBER*11# for busy, *61*NUMBER*11# for no answer and *62*NUMBER*11# for unreachable. Put the number you forward to where it says NUMBER. To turn them off, dial #67*11#, #61**11#, #62*11#.

Replace NUMBER with the number you're forwarding to, then press call after each code.

- Use the number you want calls to go to.
- To set how long a call rings first, add the seconds to the no-answer code: *61*NUMBER*11*SECONDS#, in 5-second steps up to 25. Spark says this isn't available on iPhone.
- To check whether one is on, dial *# then its number and *11#, for example *#61*11#.
Away overseas and want every call forwarded? Dial *21*NUMBER*11#, and #21**11# to stop.
Check it worked
- After each code, look for a message on screen such as "Service was activated". The wording depends on your phone.
- Ring your mobile from another phone and let it ring out. It should go to the number you set.
- Put your phone in flight mode and ring it again. It should go straight to the number you set.
