How to forward calls on One NZ
To forward the calls you can't answer on One NZ, dial **67*NUMBER# for busy, **61*NUMBER# for no answer and **62*NUMBER# for unreachable. Put the number you forward to where it says NUMBER. To turn them off, dial ##002#.

The codes
Replace NUMBER with the number you're forwarding to, then press call after each code.

- Use the full international number, starting +64.
- A call you don't answer forwards after about 20 seconds.
- Call divert isn't available on Prepay, and there's no charge for it on Pay Monthly.
- You can't divert to an overseas number.
- You may need to leave a 2-second gap between each press of the * key.
Away overseas and want every call forwarded? Dial **21*NUMBER#, and ##21# to stop.
Check it worked
- After each code, look for a message on screen such as "Service was activated". The wording depends on your phone.
- Ring your mobile from another phone and let it ring out. It should go to the number you set.
- Put your phone in flight mode and ring it again. It should go straight to the number you set.
