How to forward calls on 2degrees

To forward the calls you miss on 2degrees, use your phone's call settings. Forward calls when you're busy, don't answer or can't be reached. Don't pick forward all calls, or every call goes there.

In your phone's call settings

  1. Open your phone's call settings and find call forwarding.
  2. Turn on forwarding when busy, when unanswered and when unreachable, each to the number you want.
  3. Don't use forward all calls, or every call goes there, including the ones you'd answer.

Check it worked

  1. Ring your mobile from another phone and let it ring out. It should go to the number you set.
  2. Put your phone in flight mode and ring it again. It should go straight to the number you set.
