Is it available today
Not by default. AroFlo is not something you connect yourself from Settings. Ask us and our team switches it on for your account, on Teams and Enterprise.
What happens once it is switched on
Every job your assistant books is created in AroFlo automatically, with the customer, the job address, the scheduled time and your notes.
Which plan you need
AroFlo works with Tradies Line on Teams and Enterprise. It is not part of Solo.
Why it is worth connecting
No double entry once it is on
Once it is switched on, the call becomes a job in Tradies Line, and the same job appears in AroFlo. Nobody retypes it by hand.
You keep running AroFlo
Your crew keeps working out of AroFlo the way it does today. Once it is switched on, Tradies Line feeds it the booking, it does not replace it.
Nothing for you to set up
Our team does the connecting. You keep working, and we switch it on for your account when you ask.

Is this available now?
Not self-serve, no. AroFlo is set up on request. Ask us and our team custom-activates it for your account, on Teams and Enterprise.
Do I connect it myself?
No. Unlike ServiceM8 and Xero, which you connect yourself from Settings, AroFlo is switched on by our team when you ask for it.
What plan do I need?
Teams or Enterprise. AroFlo is not available on Solo.
Does this replace AroFlo?
No. Tradies Line answers your calls and books the job. You keep running AroFlo the way you do today, we just feed it the booking once the connection is switched on.
